It's SUMMERTIME! And there's never been a better time to prioritize YOU! Join us in our four week challenge with just FIVE easy ways to improve your strength, and quality of life!

 CHALLENGE DETAILS:

Each week you will complete FIVE simple challenges. 
Two of them must be accomplished daily, and three must be accomplished weekly. They are as follows: 

 

DAILY: (Strength and Sunshine) 
 

** Current research now shows that strength training is the #1 way to burn fat, maintain weight loss, and lower the risk of bone fractures, falls, dependent living situations, and even dementia. Sunshine provides Vitamin D which strengthens your bones and improves your mental health. 

If you are new to strength training, or if it feels intimidating to you, this is the BEST and EASIEST place to start! We will send you daily instructions for the first week to allow you to start at WHATEVER FITNESS LEVEL you are currently at. And if you are just beginning, most challenges (other than walking) will take you just a minute or two per day! So never fear, this challenge is for YOU! 
 

1. 1 strength exercise as outlined in your provided PDF
        - You will measure your progress in each of these
​         areas throughout the course of the challenge. 
2. Time in the sun each day
        - Only 15-30 minutes a day are required, and you 
          can combine this with your strength training 
          exercise!


WEEKLY: (Sustainability) 

 

Our goal for you is to change your life, not your week or your month. We are seeing at least double the success in our patients who are doing the following three things: 

1. Watch our weekly webinars 
       - Replays are acceptable, you just have to
         watch 4 webinars in 4 weeks. 
       - Non-members register here:  

2. Weigh-In on your app at least once weekly 
         - Non-members can communicate via email 

3. Participate in our community weekly in at least one of the following ways: 
         - Make a post on our "members only"
            page! 
            **If you don't have social media, you can
                      text or email us with a picture and
                      content, and we will post it for
                      you! 
         - Join our bi-weekly group meeting!
           **Held in person on 7/10 and 7/24 @4pm
           **Contact us if you are interested in
               joining a virtual group meeting.  

BENEFITS: 

1. Establish new habits that will strengthen your body and mind. 
2. Enjoy taking on this challenge with a community of others who are improving their health and having fun doing it! 
3. Direction and encouragement- In week 1 you'll receive daily emails with instructions on how to approach each strength training exercise, as well as a PDF where you can record your progress. In weeks 2-4, you'll receive weekly emails with tips, reminders and encouragement to see you through to the end of the challenge! 
5. Accountability- for a small investment you can motivate yourself to complete what you start! 
6. Don't lose a penny- if you complete this challenge you'll receive a $25 credit to our store, which includes ALL OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING OPTIFAST AND NEW DIRECTION! (This time only!) 
7. Be eligible for our grand prize: A brand new TRX and year membership to the TRX video library! (A $1000 value!) 

** A TRX is an incredibly user friendly, versatile and portable way to learn strength training exercises that you can take with you and use anywhere! 

GRAND PRIZE ELIGIBILITY: 

 

Every journey to optimal health is unique and faces its own challenges. As such, we don't want to measure success strictly on the number of reps you completed or the distance you walked. We want to hear how this month has strengthened you, physically and mentally. 

To be eligible for our grand prize (a brand new TRX and access to their video library- a $1000 value!) we want to hear from you. 

By Thursday, August 14th, Please submit at least 1 paragraph, reflecting on your growth in the past month, and how you intend to maintain the positive changes you've established going forward. We can't wait to hear from you!
