Did you know, the average American gains about 10 pounds during the holiday season? At ShillMed, our mission is to help you enjoy the holidays WITHOUT losing all of your hard earned progress! Whether you're a current patient or not, we invite you to join us in our Holiday to Holiday challenge!
Between the holidays of Thanksgiving and New Years, your goal will be to continue to lose or maintain your current weight. To this end, we encourage you to only make one exception per week to your meal plan, and continue with your workout goals.
