Tonight our discussion centered around the idea that honing and enhancing our problem solving skills is an important and essential piece of staying the course in our weight management efforts.
Here are three things to consider:
Problem Solving requires vision, creativity, persistence, optimism and resilience. These are all skills we can learn and strengthen over time.
Effective problem solving requires us to assess which obstacles are in our control and which are out of our control.
Even when obstacles are out of our control, there is ALWAYS something we CAN control.
